How can I pay the Global AutoTrading monthly subscription fee?

There are two options for paying the monthly Global AutoTrading subscription fee:

1. The fee is paid directly out of the brokerage account. When opening the brokerage account, you're giving permission to Global AutoTrading to withdraw up to $100 per month out of your account. Most clients choose this approach.
2. If you have a registered investment account with the broker (such as a Roth IRA) where you are only allowed to put so much money in the account, you might prefer paying out of a different account. If you have multiple accounts opened with Global AutoTrading, you could choose to pay for your registered account from a non-registered account. Or you could use Paypal to pay with a credit card or out of a bank account.
